Lead end‑to‑end execution of a USD 5M, 3‑year capital infrastructure program at Cairo International Airport Joint Depot, covering scope definition, design, tendering, construction, testing, commissioning and operational handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary on‑site activities for firefighting, F&G detection, CCTV, SCADA and PLC‑controlled life‑safety systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality and HSEQ standards. Manage interfaces with internal engineering teams, EPC contractors, vendors, airport authorities and regulatory bodies, monitoring milestones, contractor performance and risk mitigation. Developed scopes of work, technical specifications and tender documents, supporting vendor selection and procurement. Achieved 100 % compliance with JIG and IATA IFQP audits, delivering zero major non‑conformities, and provided technical training to 15+ depot personnel.
