Leads end‑to‑end finance function for a multi‑entity holding group with an SAR 13 billion asset base, overseeing IFRS consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, cash flow and working capital. Manages banking facilities, letters of credit, guarantees and trade finance under a board‑approved policy. Sets technical IFRS positions (15, 16, 9, IAS 19), authors accounting policy manuals and controls, and directs external audit and statutory reporting (SOCPA, ZATCA). Delivered an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programme unifying four entities, reducing month‑end close to 3‑5 days. Reports directly to executive management, audit committee and board, providing monthly board packs and scenario models for funding and investment decisions.
