AI System Architect / System Analyst – FinTech

About the role

We are looking for an AI System Architect / System Analyst to lead FinTech initiatives within the bank, shaping the architecture of AI‑driven financial solutions and guiding implementation across core projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in application architectural design for the bank.
• Provide insights on emerging AI technologies in finance and internet sectors and drive their implementation.
• Perform software development, testing, system design, analysis and problem‑solving.
• Implement new technologies and develop technical products for major projects.
• Define and enforce best practices, maintain frameworks and standards to improve deliverable quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on system design and development experience, preferably in banking, with at least three medium‑to‑large core projects as System Architect or Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of FinTech and AI trends, including deep learning and LLM applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems is an advantage.

• Deep Learning and Large Language Model technologies.
• Java, Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Web and API development: RESTful API, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, Bootstrap, AngularJS.
• Database expertise: Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures.
• Operating systems: Windows, Unix/Linux.
