Associate Director - Business Execution (FI Sales)

About the role

As an Associate Director in Business Execution for Financial Institutional (FI) Sales, you will drive the strategy and execution agenda for the FI Sales segment, acting as a trusted adviser to the Head of FI Sales and supporting market coverage across North Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse financial and non‑financial performance metrics, including budget management, performance reporting and expense oversight.
• Provide strategic insights and constructive challenge to FI Sales leadership, supporting strategy and business execution priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement growth strategies, client value propositions and business plans.
• Lead business case development and coordinate delivery of strategic, operational, efficiency and change initiatives.
• Support day‑to‑day business management activities such as workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, remuneration processes and training initiatives.
• Manage governance, operational risk and control frameworks in partnership with Risk, Compliance and Governance teams, addressing issues, incidents, audits and remediation activities.
• Coordinate senior management reporting, governance forums and regulatory compliance activities.
