About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to help train AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Hong Kong, assigning writing and editing tasks to AI models, measuring their progress, and improving their performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
- Evaluate the outputs for correctness, relevance, and brand voice.
- Measure model performance and suggest improvements.
- Track progress and report on quality metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
