Executive – Corporate Operations

About the role

foodpanda is the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, operating in over 400 cities. We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to help scale our platform, digitalise businesses in Asia and enhance rider livelihoods while delivering a hyper‑convenient experience for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day operations tasks for corporate clients and restaurant vendors.
• Identify, analyse and improve existing business processes to optimise performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and minimise uncertainty throughout the customer journey.
• Develop and manage procedures and workflows to guarantee positive courier experiences for corporate clients.
• Track order and delivery metrics and assist in designing reports for data‑driven decisions.
• Optimise fleet operations through innovation and provide on‑ground support to couriers as needed.
• Execute related ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in operations, food & beverage or e‑commerce.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (verbal and written).
• High attention to detail, critical thinking and strong focus.
• Structured mindset with ability to prioritise, execute tasks and streamline processes.
• Data‑driven attitude, able to identify improvement areas within operations.
• Positive, collaborative, fast‑learning team player.
• Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets (basic VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and proven analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and interact with various systems and tools (training provided).
