Graphic Designer – Spatial & Narrative Focus

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who thinks spatially to join CCD’s multidisciplinary project teams. Embedded from day one, you will co‑author concept narratives with interior designers and translate them into a cohesive graphic language that runs through every stage of luxury hospitality, residential and product projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with interior designers at project inception to develop authentic concept narratives based on place, culture, material and brand context.
• Sketch ideas by hand to quickly explore and communicate concepts within the design team.
• Create presentation‑ready narrative content that is concise, editorial and visually driven.
• Design and produce all project presentations, defining layout, style and visual identity for each deck.
• Develop presentation templates and graphic systems to ensure consistency across client‑facing documents.
• Produce Photoshop schematic visuals, collages, material overlays and atmospheric imagery to communicate design intent.
• Support AI image generation by crafting prompts, curating outputs and refining them into polished visuals aligned with each project’s story.
• Translate narratives into graphic languages, including patterns, motifs, art direction and custom typefaces where required.

Required profile

• Strong visual storytelling ability and a keen sense of spatial design.
• Excellent research skills to ground narratives in authentic cultural and material contexts.
• Proficiency in hand sketching to explore concepts quickly.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with interior and product design teams.
