职位概况
On昂跑直营团队致力于将品牌运动精神直接传递给消费者，提供专业、充满激情且多元包容的购物体验。加入我们，你将在K11 MUSEA门店与顾客面对面互动，帮助他们实现运动目标。
主要职责
- 传递品牌理念与故事，主动与顾客互动，营造热情多元的品牌体验。
- 熟悉产品知识，倾听顾客需求，提供专业的运动解决方案。
- 按照陈列标准进行商品陈列、补货及季节性调整。
- 执行货品管理、收银操作、开关门及日常复盘等基础工作。
- 配合店长完成工作计划、交接及店铺项目制的培训、陈列和线上内容。
任职要求
- 热爱运动，有一定运动基础，乐于探索并分享运动热情。
- 积极乐观、充满活力，能够在快节奏、高压环境中工作。
- 具备良好的语言表达与沟通能力，致力于提供WOW的购物体验。
- 接受灵活工作时间安排，能配合周末或节假日加班，做五休二。
- 有零售工作经验者优先；具备带跑、跑团、陈列或培训经验者更佳，具基本英文沟通能力者优先。
