Lead AI Security Engineer

About the role

The organization is looking for a senior security engineering professional to design, implement, operationalise and support an enterprise‑scale AI Agent Security capability across endpoint, datacenter, cloud and container environments. The role will lead architecture, governance and stakeholder engagement for AI‑driven workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, classify and inventory AI agents, models, services, ownership and dependencies.
• Collect telemetry from AI workloads, monitor process behaviour, network activity and external communications, and generate actionable alerts.
• Design workload‑, process‑ and network‑level segmentation and enforce policy‑based controls.
• Develop AI‑specific threat detection content and build SOC use cases, triage guidance and response procedures.
• Integrate alerts with SIEM platforms and incident‑management workflows, and support SOC onboarding.
• Produce architecture diagrams, runbooks, admin guides and deliver knowledge‑transfer workshops.

Required profile

• Lead architecture and design for AI Agent Security, acting as the primary technical escalation point.
• Drive governance, stakeholder engagement and technical decision‑making to ensure quality and compliance across deliverables.
• Ensure operational integration of AI security controls across endpoint, datacenter, cloud and container environments.
