Logistics Director – Sports Sunglasses

About the role

The Logistics Director for the California sports sunglasses brand (cycling, baseball, racquet) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Hong Kong SAR. You will lead end‑to‑end logistics operations, covering demand planning, inventory management and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments for global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor logistics performance and resolve shipment or customs issues promptly.
• Optimize transportation and warehousing strategies to reduce cost and improve service levels.
• Implement process improvements and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations teams to support new product launches, seasonal campaigns and regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong sports and sports‑management knowledge to understand seasonal demand cycles.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities to lead logistics teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Background in physical education or related sports disciplines.
• Extensive experience in logistics, supply‑chain or operations within sporting goods, eyewear or consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain, logistics, business or sports management; professional certifications a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Hong Kong and coordinate across multiple time zones.
