职位概况
负责香港西营盘校区的日常运营与现场管理，统筹教学质量、团队建设及家长服务，承担校区整体经营责任。
主要职责
- 全面负责校区日常运营及现场管理，独立承担经营与管理责任。
- 组织小学托管、作业辅导及课程服务，确保课程交付质量与学员体验。
- 管理教师团队，包括招聘协助、培训、考核与激励，保障教学与服务品质。
- 与家长沟通、需求跟进及续报管理，确保招生、留存与服务目标达成。
- 落实合规运营要求，确保校区符合教育、劳工及安全等法规。
任职要求
- 5年以上香港中小学校教育、补习或课后托管相关运营或教学管理经验。
- 服务意识强，踏实可靠，具备独立负责校区的综合管理能力。
- 能够使用英语工作，粤语、普通话沟通能力为加分项。
- 符合在香港合法工作的要求（如永久居民身份、有效工作签证等）。
