Package Comp Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Manage all comp packaging requests globally ensuring completeness and on‑time delivery for development, events, e‑commerce, commercial initiatives, Toy Fair, and presentations.
• Coordinate communication with external vendors and internal creative team to prepare files for physical creation, ensuring aesthetic rules, dimensional accuracy and correct metadata.
• Leverage graphic development expertise to set up files correctly and work with development partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet schedules, communicate status and issues to partners and requestors.
• Collaborate with local and US‑based teams on project status, identify and recommend solutions for product‑delay issues.
• Track and monitor project status, provide live updates to management and event partners.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking and documentation for inventor samples, facilitating clear communication between development teams and inventors.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years experience in graphic or project management or a BA in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to Hong Kong‑based team and US partners.
• Organizational skills to track and monitor project status using software and email.
• Proven ability to multi‑task and deliver on‑time results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid graphic understanding in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
