About the role

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Pastry Cook C to join its Food & Beverage team at Pacific Place, Hong Kong. The role involves preparing a variety of pastry items and supporting the kitchen in delivering high‑quality dishes that meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling and measuring.
• Cook and assemble pastries and cold foods according to recipes, presentation, and quality checklists.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality, test doneness, and ensure proper temperature control.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, tools, and equipment.
• Set up and break down work stations, and serve food in correct portions.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies, reporting any hazards or incidents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant pastry or kitchen experience.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lb.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
