Pioneer Talent Program - Full Stack Engineer (Front-end Oriented)

About the role

Binance is building a Pioneer Talent Program to accelerate AI‑augmented development across its product teams. As a Full Stack Engineer with a front‑end focus, you will be one of the first engineers to shape a highly autonomous, end‑to‑end development model that leverages AI coding assistants daily.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of product features, from front‑end implementation in React to back‑end services in Java or Golang.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your workflow to boost productivity.
• Translate product requirements into functional code with minimal hand‑off friction between front‑end and back‑end.
• Champion full‑stack best practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI‑augmented development across the organization.
• Identify and propose improvements to cross‑team collaboration, design, and engineering processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or an AI‑related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience delivering production‑grade full‑stack projects.
• Self‑driven attitude with a product‑oriented mindset; able to turn vague ideas into clear specifications.
• Strong logical thinking, clear communication, and a passion for learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one back‑end language: Java or Golang.
• Experience with Node.js and React for front‑end development.
• Solid understanding of database design and data modeling concepts.
• Hands‑on use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
