Project Manager – Cloud & AI Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end Cloud and AI transformation projects for enterprise clients in Hong Kong. You will own delivery outcomes, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality while working closely with account teams and technical specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution of Cloud and AI projects across Azure, AWS and Tencent Cloud, building detailed plans, schedules, RAID logs and action trackers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including solution architects, cloud engineers, data and AI specialists—to unblock issues and ensure technical, security and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain governance and reporting in line with the SoftwareOne pmONE framework, escalating risks, issues and financial variances as needed.
• Act as the primary execution contact for clients, vendors and partners, running project meetings, status reviews and delivering concise progress reports.
• Provide delivery input during presales, capture lessons learned and contribute to PMO templates and playbooks.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Highly organized, disciplined and delivery‑focused with solid business acumen.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS and Tencent Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI initiatives and data‑centric solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or similar delivery tools.
