Project Manager, Digital Technology

About the role

The Digital Technology team drives PPG Group's global digital transformation, covering MarTech, loyalty, and e‑commerce solutions. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional digital projects from initiation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Engage senior executives, business users, and vendors to align project goals with organizational strategy.
• Implement governance, risk management, and issue‑resolution processes.
• Monitor progress, prepare executive‑ready reports, and escalate challenges with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and partners for seamless execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as cloud, data analytics, AI, automation, and customer‑experience platforms.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of project management experience in digital technologies.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
