Project Manager – ICT Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead customer ICT projects from initiation to delivery. You will ensure each project aligns with business objectives while managing change, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables and create detailed plans and budgets.
• Oversee implementation, ensuring requirements are met and standards are followed.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, maintaining adherence to best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience delivering ICT/software development projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Understanding of system architecture and enterprise IT infrastructure.
