Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its All Day Dining outlet. You will be responsible for daily operations, financial performance and delivering the brand’s luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee smooth day‑to‑day restaurant operations and administration.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations on service procedures, menu development and promotional programmes.
• Work closely with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure food quality and presentation.
• Maintain the highest level of product and service quality, addressing any gaps promptly.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP requirements.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly labour forecasts and monitor financial targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel Food & Beverage, preferably with pre‑opening experience in a luxury setting.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets and maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• International exposure is an advantage.
