Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support the accounting and financial operations across our three private clubs business unit in Hong Kong. The role combines strong technical accounting capability with meticulous attention to detail, control discipline and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and month‑end closing processes.
• Prepare balance‑sheet schedules, financial analyses, management reports, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit and payroll‑related accounting activities.
• Reconcile financial data across multiple systems to ensure accurate account mapping and reporting consistency.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and maintaining proper documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Talent & Culture and other stakeholders to drive efficient finance processes.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting expertise, especially in general ledger, reconciliations and month‑end closing.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and integrity in financial records.
• Analytical mindset to investigate discrepancies and improve processes.
• Collaborative approach to work with finance colleagues and cross‑functional teams.
• Adaptability to thrive in a multi‑business‑unit, multi‑system environment.
