Senior Backend Developer (Java/Spring Boot)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our agile development team, building state‑of‑the‑art, performant, scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs for our Global Account platform. You will work on multiple products using a modern tech stack in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop secure backend services and APIs to support new features and enhancements.
• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions and contribute to overall solution architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners and the wider engineering team.
• Maintain code quality by writing automated tests and refactoring existing code.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment.
