Senior Consultant – Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation (Hong Kong)

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Enterprise Transformation team in Hong Kong, focusing on supply chain and procurement. You will work on strategic transformation and operational optimisation projects, helping clients achieve cost savings, efficiency gains and risk control.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement and supply‑chain consulting engagements, from current‑state assessment to process‑improvement recommendations.
• Analyse spend, supplier, contract and pricing data to uncover cost drivers, risks and savings opportunities.
• Support sourcing activities such as market research, RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation and commercial analysis.
• Develop category and sourcing strategies aligned with cost, continuity, risk and ESG priorities.
• Apply cost‑modelling, benchmarking and total‑cost‑of‑ownership analysis to inform supplier selection and negotiations.
• Improve procurement operating models, policies and supplier governance, including onboarding and performance management.
• Contribute to digital procurement and analytics initiatives, including e‑procurement platforms and workflow automation.
• Prepare analyses, financial models, presentations and project deliverables for client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, procurement, engineering, business, economics, data analytics or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in procurement, supply‑chain consulting, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Hands‑on experience delivering cost‑optimization, sourcing or supplier‑management projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of turning complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English and Chinese.
