Senior DevOps Engineer – High‑Performance Trading Platform

About the role

Crypto.com’s Trading Infrastructure team is building a low‑latency, multi‑asset trading platform. As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will design, provision and operate the infrastructure that powers real‑time market data, order execution and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS/Aurora and cost‑optimization tooling.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of resources with Ansible and Terraform, and containerize services using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Build and operate observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and implement alerting for high‑availability trading systems.
• Manage databases such as ClickHouse and PostgreSQL, and ensure backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to fine‑tune runtime performance and evaluate AI/LLM tools for automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in high‑availability, real‑time environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS services and cost‑monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and infrastructure‑as‑code (Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work across APAC, EMEA and North America.
