Senior Fashion Designer – Business Wear

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, versatile Fashion Designer to lead our business‑wear and tailored collections. The role spans the full design process from concept to production, requiring close collaboration with fabric sourcing, technical, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections focused on business wear and smart‑casual lines.
• Partner with Fabric Sourcing to research, select, and develop premium fabrics, trims and hardware.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to create new styles, refine silhouettes, and define precise sizing specifications.
• Produce detailed Tech Packs, including flat drawings, construction details, and measurement charts.
• Conduct market and trend research on China and overseas business apparel markets.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion design, especially tailored or formal business wear.
• Deep knowledge of China’s business apparel market and competitor strategies.
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese or Mandarin; basic English proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to create accurate technical flats and high‑level presentation graphics.
• Strong understanding of woven/knitted fabrics, garment construction, pattern logic and manufacturing lead‑time workflows.
