Senior Finance Manager (Group Reporting)

About the role
This role sits at the centre of Reap’s complex multi‑jurisdictional reporting environment. You will partner with the Reporting Lead to coordinate group reporting and consolidation, while managing the team that handles individual business‑line reporting. The position demands strong technical accounting expertise and the ability to build scalable processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the group reporting and consolidation process, ensuring all entities close accurately and on schedule.
- Manage and develop the business‑line reporting team, providing technical guidance and ensuring methodological consistency.
- Own consolidation workpapers, including intercompany eliminations, foreign‑currency translation, tiered sub‑consolidation and top‑level group consolidation.
- Drive month‑end and quarter‑end close calendars, track progress, resolve bottlenecks and continuously improve the close timeline.
- Establish and enforce group accounting policies, chart‑of‑accounts standards and reporting templates across jurisdictions.
- Design and implement process improvements, leveraging data infrastructure to automate consolidation steps and reduce manual adjustments.
- Prepare and review consolidated management reporting packages with variance analysis for leadership.
- Support statutory reporting and regulatory filings in multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with local finance teams and external advisors.
Required profile
- CPA (or equivalent) with 7‑10+ years of progressive financial reporting experience in multi‑entity environments.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS and ability to set group policies for complex transactions.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
- Hands‑on experience with consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations and foreign‑currency translation (IAS 21).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and willingness to work with finance data across platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with experience interfacing with auditors and global leadership.
