Senior Project Manager

About the role

OLIVER is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services client. You will own the end‑to‑end management of creative, digital and print projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Hong Kong, Shanghai, India, the US and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed timing plans and budgets using the internal time‑tracking system.
• Oversee review and approval processes for all creative output to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage production of digital assets (websites, e‑learning modules, newsletters, banners) and print collateral (posters, brochures, signage) across Asia.
• Coordinate internal creative resources, external vendors and third‑party partners for seamless execution.
• Prepare milestones for key stakeholders, motivate teams under tight deadlines, and provide regular reporting to the director.
• Educate and guide internal stakeholders on production processes and financial implications of changes.

Required profile

• 5‑6+ years of agency experience managing digital, integrated campaigns and print production.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Strong budget management, scheduling and resource‑sourcing skills.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Financially conscientious with awareness of cost impacts from delays or re‑briefs.
• Passion for AI and new technologies, with a willingness to learn AI tools.
