Senior System Administrator – Infrastructure & Data Center Transformation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international organization to hire a Senior System Administrator who will play a key role in large‑scale infrastructure and data‑center transformation initiatives. The role balances operational support with project delivery and modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of enterprise server infrastructure.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms including VMware and Nutanix.
• Participate in data‑center management and optimization initiatives.
• Support monitoring solutions such as Zabbix and Grafana.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on infrastructure redesign projects.
• Assist with boutique and corporate infrastructure transformation projects.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, security and performance.

Required profile

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Nutanix or other virtualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with server hardware and data‑center environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix or Grafana.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
