About the role
UPS is seeking a Service Provider to deliver and pick up packages for residential and commercial customers. The role involves operating a UPS vehicle in a fast‑paced environment, handling physical tasks such as lifting, lowering and carrying parcels while ensuring safety and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect packages to/from residential and commercial locations.
- Operate a UPS vehicle following safe driving practices.
- Maintain UPS appearance standards and vehicle cleanliness.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers.
- Work five days a week, adhering to scheduled routes and timelines.
Required profile
- Ability to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) regularly.
- Meets local age and licensing requirements to operate a vehicle.
- Strong customer interaction skills.
- Reliability and willingness to work a full‑time schedule.
