Technical Services Manager

About the role

Hong Kong Parkview is seeking a high‑calibre professional to lead its engineering team. The Technical Services Manager will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of clubhouse facilities and serviced apartments, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the engineering team responsible for clubhouse operations and serviced apartments.
• Prepare budgets, control expenses on E&M contracts, and oversee tender preparation and analysis.
• Liaise with guests on technical service requests and produce technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor energy consumption, implement conservation initiatives, and support the company’s sustainability goals.
• Supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring performance meets predefined objectives.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of experience in hotel, clubhouse, or property maintenance management.
• REW Grade B; professional membership is preferred.
• Honesty, high integrity, self‑motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
