职位概况
Marathon Sports 招募全职高级店务员，负责达成门店销售目标并提供优质客户体验。工作地点位于香港多个核心商场店铺。
主要职责
- 实现公司制定的销售指标和促销计划。
- 作为品牌大使，以专业态度与顾客互动，提升顾客满意度。
- 协助店铺日常运营，包括商品陈列、库存管理、收银等工作。
任职要求
- 具备3年以上零售销售经验。
- 诚恳有礼、主动积极、具责任感和团队精神。
- 良好的沟通与销售技巧，流利粤语，具备基本英语和普通话能力。
- 能够立即上岗者优先。
必备技能
- 零售销售实务经验。
我们提供
- 月薪 HK$17,500 起（含全勤、达标奖金及新人奖）并提供第13个月薪酬。
- 每日8.5小时轮班工作，享有17天公众假期、12-18天年假等福利。
- 新人奖 HK$5,000（2023-2026 年入职适用）。
