职位概况

我们是香港大型连锁酒店之一，致力于为宾客和员工提供如家般的温馨体验。现招聘前台团队领袖及前台服务专员，欢迎热情且具服务意识的你加入。

主要职责

支持并协助前台日常运营的各项工作。
为所有宾客提供礼貌、专业的接待服务。

任职要求

具备中学文凭（DSE）或同等学历。
酒店管理或相关专业的证书/文凭者优先，亦欢迎应届毕业生。
有相关工作经验者更佳。
熟练使用英语、粤语和普通话的口头及书面表达。

必备技能

良好的沟通与服务意识。
