职位概况
为客户提供最高水准的服务，解决建筑效能不佳和相关服务问题，作为可信顾问提供解决方案和结果。
主要职责
- 负责楼宇管理系统及电子设备的检测、维修和保养。
- 为客户提供主动的服务建议，利用JCI系统和工具提升设备生命周期性能。
- 提供设施运行效率的建议和解决方案，支持提案以增加销售机会。
任职要求
- 持有机械、机电或相关专业证书/文凭，或具备相关工作经验。
- 良好的粤语沟通能力，具备一般英语水平。
- 持有建造业工人注册证及建造业安全训练证明（平安卡）者优先。
- 能够独立处理安装工程、维修及保养工作，具备良好的客户服务态度和责任心。
必备技能
- 熟悉楼宇管理系统的检测与维护。
- 熟练使用JCI系统及相关工具。
