职位概况

负责香港园景物业（Hong Kong Parkview）内设施及系统的日常保养与维修，主要从事泥水和木工工作。

主要职责

对物业内的各类设备及系统进行例行保养与故障维修。
执行泥水、木工等施工任务，确保工程质量符合标准。
配合其他维修团队，及时响应紧急维修需求。

任职要求

具备良好的沟通能力。
有物业或楼宇维修经验者优先。
持有相关证书或牌照者优先。

必备技能

泥水施工技能。
木工施工技能。
设备维护与系统保养基础。

我们提供

五天工作制。
