职位概况

负责接听保险推广热线，为客户提供专业保险建议并通过电话向客户推介保险产品及促销计划，达成个人及团队业绩目标。

主要职责

处理投保热线客户查询。
通过电话向客户推介保险产品/促销计划（无需冷拨）。
了解客户需求，提供专业保险建议。
完成个人及团队业绩指标。
参与临时项目。

任职要求

持有效IIQE 1、2号保险牌照。
至少1年呼叫中心或保险销售经验。
优秀的电话沟通及服务技巧。
自我激励，积极进取，思维正面。
流利粤语。
欢迎保险代理人及金融顾问应聘。

必备技能

电话沟通技巧。
客户需求分析能力。
