Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will focus on driving sales of resold services, including renewals and product support, for both existing and prospective clients. This solution‑focused professional works closely with customers, channel partners, vendors, and internal product sales teams to generate incremental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of resold services such as renewals and product support.
• Engage end customers, channel partners, and vendors to promote service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal product sales teams to identify incremental revenue opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain a quality pipeline of services.
• Perform timely reporting on quotes, bookings, and renewals.
• Communicate service benefits and pricing to partners.
• Prepare documentation to ensure accurate invoicing within required timeframes.
• Facilitate payment discussions to secure receipt within credit periods.

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of inside sales or relevant IT industry experience.
• Mandatory ability to manage contract renewals.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to acquire new product knowledge and skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable with IT concepts and tools.
