About the role

Join La Petite Maison’s Hong Kong restaurant as the Assistant Bar Manager, supporting the Bar Manager in building a dynamic team and delivering the signature LPM experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Bar Manager’s right‑hand, helping to recruit, train and develop a talented bar team.
• Deliver an unforgettable LPM experience to every guest.
• Meet the company’s performance and service targets.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar area.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
