Assistant PR & Communications Manager (Luxury)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant PR & Communications Manager to support the luxury brand’s global and regional communications strategy. The role will work closely with media, digital teams and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling brand stories and ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications plans in line with global guidelines, drafting press releases, media kits and talking points for product launches and brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media, editors and opinion leaders, monitor coverage and produce regular clipping reports and competitor benchmarks.
• Plan and manage digital and social media content calendars, coordinate with agencies, platform partners and content creators.
• Identify and engage influencers, KOLs and brand ambassadors, oversee gifting, seeding and loan programmes, and track campaign performance and ROI.
• Assist in planning and delivering press events, product launches, VIP previews and media trips, managing budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
• Support brand storytelling across PR and social channels, ensure consistent messaging and assist with crisis communication preparedness.
• Manage PR budget tracking, invoicing, vendor payments and maintain media contact databases and press material archives.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of PR/communications experience, preferably within luxury, watches & jewellery or fashion brands.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for the luxury industry, proactive, able to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
