Creative & Production Manager, Hong Kong & Macau

About the role

We are seeking a Creative & Production Manager to bring Nike’s global storytelling to life in Hong Kong and Macau. The role translates global and Greater China brand narratives into locally resonant expressions that feel authentic to consumers, communities, and sport culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and adapt Global and Greater China campaigns for the Hong Kong & Macau market while preserving core ideas.
• Develop clear localization briefs covering language, talent, cultural insights, sport context, and channel execution.
• Partner with Brand, Digital, Retail, and Experience teams to ensure cohesive, on‑brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, production houses, and social content partners.
• Ensure all creative output meets Nike’s brand standards, legal requirements, and production readiness.

Required profile

• Passion for storytelling that connects sport, culture, and community.
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Macau consumer behavior, street culture, and sport trends.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels with strong creative judgement.
• Experience in managing creative production processes and collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
