Customer Service Advisor (Korean/English Speaker)

About the role

Join a global food manufacturer’s Hong Kong office as a Customer Service Advisor, providing bilingual support to key customers across Korea and South‑East Asia. This office‑based position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate and confidential customer support, handling queries, refunds, shipments and account adjustments.
• Maintain detailed customer records, track correspondence and assist with data analysis and reporting.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction while liaising with internal stakeholders for clear communication and outcomes.
• Support team objectives through general customer service duties, continuous learning, and participation in meetings and training.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, customer‑focused approach.
• Previous experience in a customer service‑related role.
• Right to work in Hong Kong.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
