Customer Service Representative (Cantonese, Mandarin, English)

About the role

Customer Service Representative Hong Kong, Full‑Time, Monday through Friday. CCG is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hong Kong office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer contacts via phone, email, SMS and other channels.
• Assist customers with in‑person appointments.
• Prepare and provide internal and external written correspondence.
• Support local and international B2B and B2C customers in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Review and coordinate customer orders and resolve concerns or complaints.
• Collect feedback and recommend product or service improvements.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Conduct basic research on collectibles using company tools and databases.
• Collaborate with accounting, marketing and logistics teams.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer service or call‑center experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Motivated to help people with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and present a friendly, confident demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and initiative.
• Willingness to travel for trade‑fair preparation and participation, including occasional overnight trips in APAC.
