About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English teachers to join its network of schools across Mainland China. You will work with children aged 3 to 16, delivering dynamic, high‑energy lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital resources.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners (ages 3‑16) in interactive classroom settings.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s curriculum and digital tools.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
