Fashion Designer – Sports & Streetwear (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Fashion & Apparel Designer to lead the creative direction of our premium sports and streetwear collections in Hong Kong. The role blends cultural storytelling with high‑energy design, focusing on performance jerseys, lifestyle streetwear, headwear, and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of diverse apparel and retail collections, including performance and lifestyle pieces.
• Integrate AI‑driven design and prototyping tools to accelerate concept iteration and mood‑board creation.
• Ensure all design narratives reflect the brand’s elite, high‑energy DNA and align with market trends.
• Create detailed tech packs, measurement charts, and material specifications for seamless factory execution.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion as a cultural statement and lifestyle driver.
• Comfortable using AI as a collaborative design tool while maintaining a strong personal creative vision.
• Proven experience across performance athletic wear and casual streetwear, with deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, and construction.
• Deep understanding of youth culture and the ability to translate sports icons into desirable apparel.
• Highly adaptable, able to make fast commercial decisions; immediate availability preferred.
