About the role
Assist the Creative Director in developing fashion graphic artwork from initial themes and concepts through sketches to the pre‑production sample stage. The role bridges creative vision with practical execution, ensuring the brand’s visual identity is consistently represented across collections.
Key responsibilities
- Research seasonal themes, materials, and colour palettes to inform design direction.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising teams and factories to manage development schedules, source materials, and guarantee high‑quality printing workmanship and colour accuracy.
Required profile
- Degree in a design‑related discipline.
- 1‑2 years of solid graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Passion for the brand’s identity and a keen eye for international fashion trends.
- Ability to research market information and apply insights to design work.
- Creative, communicative, and able to collaborate with business teams to achieve brand objectives.
