IT Assistant

About the role

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking an IT Assistant to join its Information Systems team. You will provide day‑to‑day IT support for colleagues and second‑line assistance for guests, ensuring smooth operation of all technology services within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot workstation issues and resolve hardware/software faults.
• Provide procedural documentation and support for new application roll‑outs.
• Respond promptly to support calls and manage multiple open cases.
• Deliver full network support, including LAN/WAN, IP telephony, and system administration.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date log of all incidents and liaise with local vendors as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in a relevant IT discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Well‑organized, strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
• Fluent English with good interpersonal skills.
