Junior Accountant – Fast Growing Company

About the role

Our client, a Hong Kong‑based fast‑growing company, is looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Accounting Officer to join its finance team. The role supports daily accounting operations and contributes to the company’s ongoing expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, payment processing and invoice verification.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support month‑end closing and the preparation of accounting schedules.
• Assist audit preparation and provide relevant supporting documents.
• Perform general administrative duties for the finance team and handle ad‑hoc accounting assignments.

Required profile

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Around 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
