Laundry Attendant – Washer

About the role

The Laundry Attendant – Washer joins the Guest Environment team at a luxury hotel in Hong Kong. You will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations, contributing to a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and process linens, towels, and guest laundry according to hotel standards.
• Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of clean items to guest rooms and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including inventory of supplies.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols, handling items weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Assist with guest requests related to laundry services as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
