职位概况

负责香港地区安装工程的招投标、造价管理及成本控制，领导约30人的造价团队，确保项目按时高质量交付。

主要职责

负责香港项目的招投标、估算、预算、结算及成本控制全流程。
带领约30人的造价团队，对接机电工程项目，保证造价工作按时交付。

任职要求

工程造价、机电工程或相关专业本科以上，持注册造价工程师证书。
10年以上安装造价经验，至少3年团队管理经验，有医院等公建项目经验，具香港项目经验者优先。
熟悉粤语，英语四级及以上。

必备技能

精通香港机电工程工料测量（HKIS QS Standards）。
熟悉成本管理体系及相关软件。
