Product Designer – Custom Furniture for Luxury Hospitality

About the role

CCD is seeking a Product Designer to lead the design and development of custom furniture for luxury hospitality and residential projects. The role covers the full product lifecycle—from concept sketches and research through construction drawings, prototyping and delivery—ensuring each piece aligns with the project narrative and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of bespoke furniture for luxury hotel and residential projects, working from FF&E and interior design briefs.
• Drive the complete product development cycle, from appearance and structure design to functional detailing, while maintaining brand positioning.
• Incorporate sustainability, ergonomics, durability and practicality into designs appropriate for high‑end hospitality use.
• Produce accurate 3D drawings, high‑quality renderings and prototypes; iterate designs in collaboration with structural engineers and suppliers.
• Conduct early‑stage market and design research, track international hotel design trends and translate insights into innovative solutions.
• Communicate with manufacturers throughout production to uphold quality standards and ensure faithful execution of designs.
• Develop compelling selling‑point descriptions and visual presentations for each product.
