Senior Graphic Designer – Marketing & Creative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of marketing collateral, packaging, digital assets and other visual materials that reinforce our brand. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on design, ensuring consistency across online and offline channels while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver marketing collateral, packaging, digital content and other creative assets aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs for both online and offline campaigns, maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage creative projects from concept through final production, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
• Create and adapt materials such as digital assets, email creatives, promotional materials, presentations and corporate communications.
• Oversee artwork production, print and packaging processes, and maintain design assets and content libraries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities to drive creative excellence.
• Provide creative support for ad‑hoc business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print and packaging design.
• Excellent project‑management, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of print production, packaging, colour management and artwork preparation.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to translate business needs into effective design solutions.
• Team player capable of working across functions and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Motion‑graphics and video‑editing abilities (advantageous).
