Senior Logistics Officer - Fashion (3PL Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a senior logistics professional to lead our fashion brand’s 3PL operations in Hong Kong. You will help shape regional logistics within a fast‑growing luxury retail environment and support the brand’s expansion across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations through 3PL partners.
• Monitor logistics performance, service levels, and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects across warehousing and distribution.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and regional freight activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective stock control.
• Support customs compliance and logistics governance across APAC.
• Manage logistics budgets, cost reporting, and vendor performance.
• Support new store openings and business expansion projects.
• Contribute to logistics tenders, partner selection, and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience managing or working closely with 3PL providers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing operations, and freight management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in a regional or international business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Experience in retail, fashion, FMCG, luxury, or consumer products is preferred.
