Senior Production Executive – North Asia President Office

About the role

The President’s Office in North Asia seeks a Senior Production Executive to translate strategic decisions into compelling visual narratives. You will partner with senior leaders to craft high‑impact presentations and brand‑aligned materials that support regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain core design systems, ensuring typography, colour palettes and brand assets are consistent across all leadership communications.
• Build scalable presentation workflows, user‑friendly templates and a centralized asset library to streamline slide creation.
• Lead end‑to‑end design, formatting and timely delivery of executive‑level presentations and high‑visibility materials.
• Support broader President’s Office initiatives, including regional events and bespoke gifting design.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to turn complex business data into clear, elegant visual stories.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense with a refined eye for clean, artful design.
• Business sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Excellent project‑management discipline and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Hands‑on experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Sketch.
